Refund policy

  1. We will gladly accept any return if a damaged product was received by the customer due to cargo handling by the shipping company. The customer will make sure that product is shipped back us at My Pride PK office with original labels, tags & undamaged packaging material.
  1. Complaint regarding the damaged product must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with a short video and pictures at customercare@mypridepk.com
  1. Replacement or Exchange on not liking the product or change of mind cannot be entertained. However, we will be glad to review your case that you can share at customercare@mypridepk.com
  1. The replacement claims that are true in nature will be settled within 7 days of receiving back the product at My Pride PK head office.
  1. The customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. Delivery Charges will not be refunded in any case.
  1. Please note that there can be a slight difference in the colour of product as shown on the website/social media vs the colour visible in natural light. Claims of replacement or exchange cannot be made merely on the change of colour.
  1. All returns should be sent back to the following address:
  1. Refund claims can be made under the following conditions:
  1. The product was received in faulty condition & replacement is not possible because the inventory of the said product model is completely out of stock.
  2. The product was never received and the order has been marked as “misplaced” by the shipping company. In such case, refund will be made in case online advance payment was made to My PridePK bank account.

          Refunds will be made in the bank account provided by the customer.
